The debate has been full since the former Chelsea manager, PSG -ai Bayern from Munich was announced as a replacement of Gareth Southgate last year.

How will the first manager of German England run?
When FA appointed Sven-Goran Eriksson for the first foreign manager of the men’s team of England in 2001, the reaction was one of the wide outrage.
In the years since the response to the perspective of the main coach of the Non-English team, he softened a bit. Fabio Capello took over his duty in 2007, while Sarina Wiegman enjoyed great success – and, crucial, she landed on the trophy – as manager Lioneses.
Still, there was some criticism when Tuchel – which comes from a big football rival in England, Germany – announced as a male boss back in October.
Probably some suspects may not be completely overwhelmed until Tuchel gives silver accessories-NAIMA, World Cup 2026.-but with a proven record of victory in trophies, the 51-year-old has the opportunity to make a strong first impression against Albania on Friday.
Which system will adopt?
After leaving his job in Mainz in 2014, Tuchel allegedly traveled to Munich. There he met with Pep Guardiola, then Bayern Munich’s chief, and the couple spent hours at a dinner table, moving mills of salt and pepper while he was in a deep tactical debate.
Tuchel cites Guardiola as the main influence and it is not difficult to see similarities, especially in perfectionism, restlessness and, most importantly, success.
German won 11 major trophies, including the Champions League with Chelsea 2021, but it remains to be seen that he will establish his three lions.
At the beginning of his career, Tuchel favored the three-attack system, using a 3-4-2-1 formation during his stay in Blues. However, in recent times, he has opted for a more traditional traditional structure built on the back four.
“He wants to make the standards high, set up from day one.” 👊

Who will nod?
Much is made from Tuchel’s first selection. The first was called for similar Miles Lewis-Skelly and Burn Day, while the inaugural composition of the new manager also saw surprising return for Marcus Rashford and Jordan Henderson.
But the question remains who will make his eleven. Will the new manager opt for experience or instead go to young blood? Will he experiment or will he choose what he thinks his strongest team is available players?
Either way, despite his reputation of disciplines, Tuchel is known for his skills to manage a man and a human touch. One Christmas while he was in Chelsea, Tuchel allegedly introduced 200 Lebkuchen-cheated cakes-a bakery in Germany so that everyone in the club would have a gift.

Will a fairy tale day burn?
Some things, they say, get better with age. This is an idea that could be appropriately applied on the day of Burn Newcastle United.
If the 32-year-old earns his first cap in the next nodes, he will become the oldest debut for male English since Kevin Davies in October 2010, his international bow and only performed, Montenegro at the age of 33.
It should be burned, he will take 21st place among the oldest male debuts of lions, in the sandwich between Portsmouth Jack Smith (32y 354d) and goalkeeper Manchester City Frank Swift (32y 276D).
This would mark the extraordinary few days for a player born Blyth, who scored the starting goal while Magpies ran 2-1 over Liverpool at Wembley to raise Carabao Cup and end the 70-year-old main drought at the domestic trophy.
