A new era for Dallas cowboys.
After five seasons, Mike McCarthy will no longer be on the side on the AT&T stadium. Instead, will be Brian Schottenheimer, who has been promoted Offensive coordinator to the main coach.
Obviously, no one is happier with this than Schottenheimer himself, but Star Wide Remeiver Ceedee Lamb is close to a second.

“Since he has been in the building since I was in the league, I feel like there will be no giving up,” Lamb said in a recent interview with Fox News Digital. “He understands how we act, very familiar with the area and the Jones family, he understands the talent he has around him, so just installing it and be better every week. I look forward to it.”
Lamb added that there would be some kind of “adjustment”, but any stress will generally be at Schottenheimer himself, not necessarily players in terms of adaptation.
“Having a new coach, they have to enter and declare their dominance and be able to control the room. I know it’s a lot of stress on them,” Lamb said.
“They have to make us understand why we should follow you. I feel like [owner] Jiry [Jones] did a great job by holding him close. “
