Super Bowl champion And former star San Francisco 49ers Dana Stubblefield was released from prison on Tuesday, after the California appeal of the court left the raping for rape in 2020.
Stubblefield, who is black, condemned after the sixth appeal court found that prosecutors had made a racial discriminatory statement during his trial.
The sixth appealing court found that the plaintiff had violated California law on racial justice in 2020, which was adopted during the summer of racial injustice after the killing of police George Floyd.

The prosecutors said during the trial that the police had never searched the Stubblefield house and never introduced a gun to evidence, saying it was because he was a well -known black man, and that he would “open a controversy”, according to a decision of the appealing court.
The court said that by determining that Stubblefield Rasa was a factor in the decision to implement the law to give up on the search of his house, prosecutors implied that the house would be searched and that the gun would not have been found that Stubblefield was not black.
Stubblefield has remained in prison since December because the lower court judge said he had no jurisdiction to approval or release the bail.
Stubblefield’s release was approved after the State Attorney’s Office and the appeal office weighed.
Supreme Court Judge Santa Clara Hector Ramon approved Stubblefield on Friday.

Stubblefield has endured almost four years of his 15-year penalty.
“Finally, an innocent man no longer sits in a cage away from his family,” said the defense attorney of Stubblefield, Kenneth Rosenfeld.
Stubblefield was sentenced to 15 years in prison in October 2020, when he was convicted of rape in a developmental disability woman in 2015, and prosecutors said he lured his home with the promise of the work of keeping children.

The defenders claimed that there was no rape and Stubblefield said a woman agreed to have sex in exchange for money.
Stubblefield has played in NFL for 11 years and has been declared a defensive novice of the year with 49ers in 1993.

The triple Pro Bowler was named a defensive player in 1997 after noting 15 bags.
After five seasons with 49ers, Stubblefield played for Washington Redkins Three seasons before joining the 49ers for two more seasons.
After his second stay with 49ers, Stubblefield played one season for Oakland Raiders Before retirement after the 2003 season.
