International Investigation to Internet leaders of a group accused of abusing and torture children
The International Law Implementation Agency has arrested several members of the Internet Community that nurtured and abused children, the official said on Thursday.
The investigation was involved in US Homeland Security, Europol and French police. The surgery has been targeting several internet communities that act as part of an internet network called “The Com”, where “extremists around the world are disturbed by the groom and abuse of children”, according to a EUROPOLA NEW STATEMENT.
Two members of the Internet group known as “CVLT”, pronounced “cult” were arrested in the United States on January 30th. Two men who were not identified were participating in what the authorities described as “neo -Nazi exploitation of a child a ring, which he nurtured and then forced minors to produce material for sexual abuse of children and self -sustaining images.” Investigation was supported by international authorities.
The second member of the group was in French custody of 2022, due to the exploitation of children and related works. The fourth endured a 50-year sentence in the United States for crimes of sex abuse committed in 2020 and 2021. Three four are believed to have “acted as leaders and administrator” of the Internet Community. These responsibilities included hosting and network servers and membership control in the group.
The leaders of the group target and manipulated vulnerable minors, especially those who have a history of sexual abuse or mental health abuse, authorities say. The victims “encouraged to engage in all dehumanizing ranks” and record actions, the statement said. These videos were then allegedly used to blackmail victims and try to press them on suicide. Some victims who left the group leaked videos.
Many other extremist and violent groups that make “com” follow similar practices. These organizations operate in easily accessible online spaces, authorities say, including social media platforms, mobile applications and platforms for online games. They allegedly have children who perform activities that are violent or harmful to themselves or others, and then use video evidence of action as a blackmail tool for further awful activity.
“It is a vicious cycle – predators in this network affect children or young people in the implementation of works that are increasingly embarrassed, incriminating or isolating them, which makes them more vulnerable to further exploitation,” Europol said in a statement.
International cooperation was crucial in recognizing and arresting the leaders of such groups, authorities said. In January 2025, Europol hosted a three -day operating meeting on “com”, which connected dozens of intelligence and police officers.
