Lisandro Martinez ‘serious’ injury, Man United chief Amorim says after ‘really bad’ loss from Palace
Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez faced Premier leaguesays manager Ruben Amorim.
Argentina International Martinez, who missed more than six months of 2023/24 campaign, clamped the knee in an apparent agony during a long delay United’s 2-0 defeat at Old Trafford.
“We’ll see in the coming days, but I think it’s a serious situation,” I told Sky Sports. “He also felt that when you are a player, you know when it’s something serious.
“He is not just a great player, but a strong character in the locker room. We are here to help him at this difficult moment, as he helped us.”
