The federal judge should question the lawyers of the Ministry of Justice on Monday about whether Trump’s administration disrespectful his command, demanding the return of alleged gang members back to the United States if they are still in the air as part of the effort to deport.
Chief Judge James Boasberg earlier on Monday rejected the Undaeus Request that he was a hearing at the US District Court in Washington, DC, canceled.
Boasberg told the impression -in that he would be ready to answer whether custody of any individuals who were subject to the expulsion were defected in a foreign country after the judge issued an order that required their return on Saturday.

Trump’s administration on Sunday announced that she had deported hundreds of alleged members of the Venecuela gang El Salvador under the Law on Enemies of Enemy Enemies.
