‘Real Housewives’ star Ramona Singer called ‘deaf’ for flippant comment about California wildfires


Ramona Singer was accused of making tone-deaf comments about the devastating fires ravaging Los Angeles.

Former “The Real Housewives of New York” star took to Instagram on Friday to share a video greeting her followers, but many people found her caption to accompany the video problematic.

“Beautiful day to wake up to…unfortunately people in Cali have no idea what the day will bring,” she wrote, adding a crying emoji, along with a prayer emoji.

She turned her phone’s camera to show a luxurious balcony overlooking the ocean, saying: “Bright and sunny. I’m going to work a little, play tennis. Beautiful day.”
