Arsenal can go ‘to the second level’ against PSV, says Arteta
Arsenal leader Mikel Arteta says the artillery will adapt to finding a ‘second level’ when they face PSV in the last 16 Champions Leagues on Tuesday.
Artet’s side is without Gabriel Jesus, Kai Havertz, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli through injuries and have only succeeded in three goals in the last two games.
Midfielder Mikel Merino could start an attack again against PSV, who held only one clean sheet in the last 14 games.
“We still have equipment with players that we have to perform the game to another level,” Artete said.

“Every individual must be at the best of order. And when we do it and we have that relationship, we are a really strong team.
“We’ll have to adapt. This is obviously unquestionable, but we can still be a very effective and top team. And when you reach this stage of the Champions League, there is something else.
“You feel it in the atmosphere and energy of a place. It’s something else because it’s a competition you don’t play a week. You play and you are or you’re out. And that gives you urgency.”
The left back Myles Lewis-Skelly could return to the line after being suspended last week for drawing without a goalie in Nottingham Forest.
Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid are waiting in the quarterfinals if Arsenal can go through its path.
