UP Warriorz announces replacement Alyssa Healy for WPL 2025
Up Warriorz brought West Indies versatile Chinelle Henry as a replacement for Alyssa Healy in the coming Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025.

Healy, who was supposed to lead the team, was forced to withdraw because of the stressful reaction in the right foot, the injury that follows the previous rupture of the plantar fascia.
With Healy aside, the franchise has yet to be completed by his new captain. Leading candidates for the role include veteran Sri Lanka Chamari AthapaththAustralian versatile Tahlia McGrathand the Indian star Deepti Sharma. Meanwhile, Um Cherry He is expected to enter the team guard.

UP Warriorz acquired a replacement player for INR 30 lakh
Henry, an experienced T20 player for West Indies, presented himself in 62 t20i, accumulating 473 driving and taking 22 shots. Warriorz secured its services for INR 30 Lakh, adding depth to their team ahead of the season’s opener.
UP Warriorz will start his campaign WPL 2025 on February 16 at the Cvambi Stadium in Vadodari, facing Gujarat giants in what promises an exciting competition.
