As the action took place
Both managers have opted for a more casual dress for an early start, and Moyes pulled on a black sweater, while Amorim had a rather retro look.
But visitors looked far from the united old side, because, from off off, Everton looked very much like a team in shape. Their energetic high pressure constantly put the united side with confidence under increasing pressure.
And Toffees’s hassle almost paid a dividend within five minutes when Everton rejected United on the edge of his own box only for a concrete -darker header was straight at Andre Onana.
Despite seeing vulnerable, Amorim’s side then came close when Patrick Dorga reduced the ball back to Rasmus H

And, for sure, things went from bad to worse to United when Doucoure doubled the lead for dominant Toffes when he reacted quickly after onana was steering the effort of Jack Harrison.
Everton would do this three in the time of stopping the first half if it wasn’t for no Noussair Mazraoui, who blocked Doucoure’s low cross with a concrete ready to touch home.
United needs their own re -ascent if they had hope that they would save something from the game.
Although there was an improvement after the break, Amorim’s side continued to offer a little forward, with H
The hosts, meanwhile, looked hungry for a third. The impressive Doucoure almost put a game to bed when his volley brilliantly saved onan.
But just as United seemed to be on the ropes, they got a life line when Fernandes, who went down as a deeply lying playmaker, sent an amazing free kick from 20 meters to the end corner.

What seemed very unlikely a scenario at halftime happened. With the remaining 10 minutes of play, she is now united in the driver’s seat.
