From the desert to the rain – Bionicoldguy

I returned from Phoenix on Monday. A great trip. I managed to drive my lying two sunny days after that, and then the “atmosphere river” started restarting, with two inches of rain overnight until Thursday morning, along with a lot of wind. On Thursday morning, a short interlude was raining, so I pulled myself up in just over an hour’s driving upright and made about 30 minutes of the upper body training.

Tuesday I saw my doctor about Olecranon bursitis And I got ok to do the work of the upper part of power, just do not overdo it with repetitions that affect my elbow, so for the time being to cycling of weapons, I will adhere to working with a high resistant band. She also put me on a small dose of prednisone to hope that the swelling elbow would fall, and I wear a compression sleeve on the elbow. If all this does not repair the swelling in a few weeks, I will head to the surgeon of the hand.

The rain started revenge on Thursday afternoon, and is expected to continue around noon today. No complaints, we need water! There should be a lot of sunny days after that, so I look forward to a much more comfortable riding.

Gloomy and subtle Thursday with just a hint of blue
El Toro is barely visible through the fog
