How to stay motivated after a challenge


After completing a challenge, like our Spring Slim Down Challenge 😉 it can be easy to lose momentum and fall back into old habits. But don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to stay motivated and keep the momentum going so you can continue to meet the goals you’ve worked so hard for!

1. Continue with the MOVE application exercises

Our MOVE app is a great tool to help you keep practicing even after the challenge is over. You’ll have a full workout schedule + all the videos in the video library to choose from, so you’ll never get bored of your workout!

2. Stay connected with your accountability group

Checking in with your accountability group can help you stay on track and motivated. Share your progress, challenges, and successes with your group to keep each other accountable even after the challenge is over!

3. Stick to a healthy eating plan

Your workouts will be much more effective when combined with a healthy eating plan, so make sure you don’t give up and go back to fast food habits. There are always some better and tastier substitutes which is easy to make!
