A group of nine FBI agents filed a lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to block the public identification of all FBI employees who worked on investigations into the United States Capitol Riques in the US 6, in an attempt to take away what they described as potential retaliation against the effort against staff involved in the probe.
Prosecutors, who anonymously filed a lawsuit at the US District Court for Columbia district, said that any effort to be reviewed or discriminated against by FBI employees who were involved in investigations 6th of January were “unlawful and retaliated”, and a violation of civilian civil protective services under Federal Law.
The lawsuit stated that the questionnaire employees had to fulfill the details of their specific role in the 6th January investigation and an investigation of MAR-a-LAGA conducted by former special adviser Jack Smith.

“Some prosecutors had to fulfill the survey themselves. Others said their supervisors would fill out the form,” the lawsuit noted, adding that the employees were “informed that the collected data would be forwarded to the higher administration.”
