Coach Mavericks Jason Kidd says he was not aware of the shocking Luke Donšić to trade until the ‘eleventh hour’

Two days later, Kidd surprised the recognition of his involvement that led to the Blockbuster store. He said he learned that the contract that included Doncic was in the course of a “eleventh hour”.

“Eleventh hour. I just got an invitation to come to the room and it was told about the store,” Kidd said, answering the question of when he learned that Doncic was on a trading block.
Kidd, a former Mavericks Point Guard, he added that he could only train players on the list.

“I’m an employee of Mavs. I said that before, and some of you may have overlooked it: I’m a coach. I train players who are here. We made a store and we have to push it forward. Kidd said.
“Nobody will feel bad for us. The shops happen in this game. Things change, coaches change, teams are sold. A lot of things happening out of our controls, but you have to continue to do your job, that’s what I work.
