Trump says that the fall of the National Airport Reagan could have been prevented: ‘clear night’
President Donald Trump He proposed a horrific collision between the Black Hawk Army helicopter and the American Airlines aircraft near the National Airport of Reagan outside Washington, DC, could be prevented.
“The aircraft was on the perfect and routine line access to the airport. The helicopter went straight for a long time,” Trump announced Trump Social Social on Thursday morning.
“The clear night, the lights on the plane blazed, why the helicopter did not climb up or down or turned. Why did the control tower not say to the helicopter what instead of asking if they saw the plane it is a bad situation.

According to Federal administrationPSA Airlines Bombardier CRJ700 Regional Slaughter collided in Midair with Sikorsky H-60 helicopter, while on the driveway of the runway 33 at the National Airport Reagan (DCA) at about 9pm. The bride acted as a flight 5342 for American Airlines, leaving Wichita, Kansas.
There were 60 passengers and four crew members and three military military soldiers on Black Hawk. Those on the plane included “several members of” American skating, including athletes, coaches and family members who have just attended the US Skating Championship in Wichiti from January 20 to January 26.
The exact number of injuries and deaths has not yet been confirmed.

At the time of the collision, the Reagan National Airport informed the clear sky, visibility of 10 miles and winds that were held from the northwest to 16 mph, breaking into 26 mph. The temperature was 50 degrees.
Nearly 300 first subjects distributed to freezing River Potomacwhere the aircraft wreck lies partly sunk for search and rescue operations, but hopes to find the survivors pale. The temperature in Rijeka was 37 degrees on Wednesday night.

Vice President JD Vance referred to social media on Wednesday night to address the collision and ask for a prayer for those involved.
“Please say a prayer for anyone involved in a collision tonight at the airport. We follow the situation, but for now we hope for the best,” he said.

The National Transport Safety Committee, FAA and the US Army launched probes in a deadly collision.
Washington, Mayor of DC Muriel Bowser And other officials will hold a press conference at 7:30 a.m. ET on Thursday at the National Airport Reagan.
“Tonight, while our first responsible continues their efforts, we send our love and prayers to families, loved ones and communities who experience loss during this terrible tragedy,” she wrote on X.
The airport remains closed until 11am this morning after last night in a nearby collision between the American Airlines passenger aircraft and a military helicopter.
“What a terrible night it was,” Trump said. “God bless you!”
