Trump says that the fall of the National Airport Reagan could have been prevented: ‘clear night’
President Donald Trump He proposed a horrific collision between the Black Hawk Army helicopter and the American Airlines aircraft near the National Airport of Reagan outside Washington, DC, could be prevented.
“The aircraft was on the perfect and routine line access to the airport. The helicopter went straight for a long time,” Trump announced Trump Social Social on Thursday morning.

Vice President JD Vance referred to social media on Wednesday night to address the collision and ask for a prayer for those involved.
“Please say a prayer for anyone involved in a collision tonight at the airport. We follow the situation, but for now we hope for the best,” he said.

The National Transport Safety Committee, FAA and the US Army launched probes in a deadly collision.
Washington, Mayor of DC Muriel Bowser And other officials will hold a press conference at 7:30 a.m. ET on Thursday at the National Airport Reagan.
“Tonight, while our first responsible continues their efforts, we send our love and prayers to families, loved ones and communities who experience loss during this terrible tragedy,” she wrote on X.
The airport remains closed until 11am this morning after last night in a nearby collision between the American Airlines passenger aircraft and a military helicopter.
“What a terrible night it was,” Trump said. “God bless you!”
