Rob Lowe pale brother Chad “returned to 15” after losing a fire home and receiving hand targets

In the next update on Instagram, Chad shared that his home burned down because of Palisades fire, which is now 87% contained, according to Cal Fire. “It’s really hard time,” he said, thanks to the followers on their outburst of support. “I have good hours and bad hours.
