Boston’s lawyer stabbed to death on a cottage while a mysterious woman faces accusation of murder

She allegedly claimed that her name was “Casey” and told police Donohue at a strip club. A police officer, suspicious of his claims, still searched the boat.
“He went through a residence to the back bedroom,” Muse said. “When he opened the sliding door in the bedroom leading to the area of the paved part, he saw what would later be identified as the body of 65-year-old Joseph Donohue, wrapped in white and blue blankets, attached with a canal tape and attached to the weights.”
Additional officers arrived and found Donohue’s dog dead in the water nearby and alleged proof that someone tried to clean the crime scene.
Nelson allegedly gave “meaningless answers” to the killing detectives, along with another false name, Muse said.

Police arrested her at the scene for unrelated orders. She was formally accused of Donohue’s murder on Thursday after the autopsy found that his cause and method of death was a murder by stab.
Without entering the specifics, Muse told the judge that forensic evidence had recovered from Donohue’s remains related to Nelson with the crime.
The accused, who turned her eyes down as she spoke, seemed to wipe her tear from her eyes when the plaintiff told the judge that there was a likely reason to believe she had Killed Donohue.
Defender Ian Davis requested a time to review the discovery before submitting a potential guarantee request.

The investigation is ongoing, and Boston police are asking anyone with information about the case of calling the killing detective at 617-343-4470.
Donohue’s relationship with his suspicious killers is not immediately clear. Public records show that he lived on Houseboat -ui that he was licensed to practice since the 1980s.
