DR Congo and Rwande leaders in crisis talk as rebels M23 on the verge of seizing the gom

The President of Dr. Congo Felix Tshisekedi will meet the leader of Rwanda Paul Kagama on a federal meeting on Wednesday, as the M23 rebels who supported the troops of Rwanda seemed to seize the parts of the GOMA capital in the east of the country.
