Disrespect Shah Rukh Khan? Mrs. Dhoni’s successor rejects KKR’s coaching offer
The 40-year-old Bengal Wickeket-Bar Wriddhiman Saha revealed that he rejected the coaching offer of the three-time Indian Premier League champions (IPL) Kolkat Knight Riders (KKR).
Wriddhiman Saha said he decently rejected the offer from the IPL franchise owned by Shah Rukh Khan because he is not yet ready to take on a complete coaching role.

Wriddhiman Saha announced a pension last year
Veteran Wickeket-Batsman Wriddhiman Saha has long been considered the best guards in India. His work behind the stitch was exceptional and he was second.
Saha inherited the legendary MS Dhoni in the role to keep WICKET in the test crice when the latter decided to leave the longest format of the 2014 game. He was the keeper of the first choice for India in a test crice for a few years before Rishabh Pant gave up a place from him.
Saha was last played for India in December 2021, and after that she was discarded from the team because his then coach Rahul Dravid told him that they had told him they were watching to abolish a young guard.
November 4, 2024. Wriddhiman Saha announced retirement from the crisket. He stated that the curtains would lower his 17-year career at the end of the season, Ranji Trophy 2024-25.
Wriddhiman Saha will take the last time in a professional crisis during the Bengal match against Punjab Ranji Trophy, starting on Thursday, January 30th.
IPL 2025: I refused to offer to be an assistant coach at Kolkat Knight Riders – Wriddhiman Saha
In an interview with Sportstar, Wriddhiman Saha said that the coaching offer of Kolkat Knight Riders (KKR) was quite exciting, but it takes more time to prepare for work. He elaborated:
“Through my career, I believed that if one wanted to take over the task, he must be absolutely ready – and in the sense of preparation and mentality – only then can I succeed in this role.
“I’m not ready for such a coaching position yet, why I refused to offer to be an auxiliary coach at Kolkat Knight Riders. I’m sure it would be a fantastic opportunity, but I had to refuse because I knew I needed more time before I committed myself to a full -fledged coaching role. “

The Wickeket-Batsman Saha veteran has always remained a low profile, although he was one of the best behind the stumps, and he believes that “performance defines the player, not the first”.
Overall, in 40 test matches, he scored 1353 rides for the Indian national cricket team on average 29.41. Saha added that his numbers would be better if he set his personal goals over the needs of the team. He stated:

But for me the team always came first. I could play fewer games, but self -promotion was never my matter, and I’m glad I never had to change who I was. “
