Those games ended with wins against Leicester City and Manchester United, but Wolves took one point from four matches, hampered by injury and a one-game suspension for Cunha.
Forest, Arsenal linked to Cunha
Forest are said to be preparing an offer higher than the club-record £35m they paid Newcastle for midfielder Elliot Anderson in July, while Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said on Friday he was actively pursuing attacking targets.
“He knows what I want from him as captain,” Pereira said of Cunha, who is out of contract in 2027, describing keeping him at the club as “very important”. “What we need from him is to play at his high level and be dedicated to the team.”
