Dechabbeau says his intention is to create a prominent presence of golf in the community, adding that the deadline for completing this project is just over a year.
“It’s a comprehensive plan, completely thoughtful. It’s not just a golf course to play, but also bring people to the central valley. You build a community around the Multisport Complex Center,” he said.
“It will take 12-15 months to get a full range approval. We now have more than 200 hectares of land. It will be a Multisport Center Complex – Exercise, Golf Terrain, Housing Center Community, the whole thing.”
Dechambembaau paid $ 125 million to join the Liv Golf in June 2022. He says his last project is only possible because of the huge salary of the organization funded by Saudi Arabia.

“Most of the reasons why I could do it is LIV. They gave me economic sustainability to do these things and a platform to do so, growing on YouTube,” he said.
Dechabbeau was one of the many American golf players who encouraged a wide reaction of fans because they decided to compete in a league supported by Saudi Arabia when it was launched because of humanitarian problems with Saudi Arabia and its relations with the West.
Brooks Koeka, Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Patrick Reed and Jon Rahm were other prominent PGA stars who decided to accept massive LIV wages during the aggressive chase of the league for the biggest sports names.
Dechabbeau is also a close friend of President Donald Trump and urged Trump to play with him in the video on his YouTube channel.

“We can talk about politics. It’s a completely different conversation, something I didn’t try to do on my YouTube channel. It was solely providing great fun.”
