Koeka Brooks responded to reports that he was considering leaving Liv Golf to return to PGA Tour.

The five-time main winner of Koeka insisted that he did not make any decision on his next move after his current contract with LIV expires.

“It seems that everyone has their opinion and no one asks me,” said the 34-year-old.

“As I said before, I’m not in these rooms. I have an obligation to fulfill the contract here, and then we will see what happens.

“I don’t know where I’m going, so I don’t know how everyone does it.”

Koeka will play next in the Singaporean event LIV Golf, which begins on Friday, where he is the defender of the individual champion.

“I’m just focusing on how to better play, how to better play in majorettes, how this team wins, and then we will think of next year and how to play better again,” Koeka said.

“That’s the same thing. It’s just a turning cycle. I have nothing. It seems everyone else knows more than I do.”

Golf remains broken from the introduction of LIV Golf 2022, aided by the Public Investment Fund in Saudi Arabia, where players with PGA Tour and DP World Tour joined the new circle.

The framework agreement on the re -unification of sports was signed in June 2023, but it has yet to be finalized, leaving the LIV golf player unacceptable to leave PGA Tour and a limiting frequency that the best world players can compete against each other.

Details, although they remain limited to the union to look on both circles.

“As part of our negotiations, we believe that there is a space to integrate important aspects of LIV Golf in PGA Tour platform. We do everything we can to bring together two sides,” said PGA Commissioner Jay Monahan.

“This is said, we will not do this in a way that diminishes the strength of our platform or the very real momentum we have with our fans and our partners. While we have removed some obstacles, others remain. But, like our fans, we continue to share the same sense of urgency to come to a resolution.

“Our team is fully dedicated to the re -unification. The only job we would regret is the one who threatens the essence of what Golf and PGA Tour play makes so exceptional.”
