The US Embassy in Bangkok warns Americans to potential “violent retaliation” on Friday after a group of 45 Uyghurs was Deported by Thailand China in the move by Secretary of State Marco Rubio condemned the “strongest possible conditions”.

The press conference said on Thursday that they all voluntarily returned after showing them a translation of a written Chinese agreement seeking their repatriation and declaring that they would be allowed to live normally.
“Similar deportations have encouraged violent retaliation in the past,” the US Embassy warned on Friday. “The most significant, after the 2015 Uyghurs deportation, improvised explosive devices detonated at the Erawan shrine in Bangkok killing 20 people and injuring another 125 others, because this shrine is strongly visited by tourists from China.”
The Embassy now encourages Americans in Thailand to “increase caution and alertness, especially in full places that tourists visited due to the potential of increased risk for collateral.”

Rubio scored deportations Thursday, describing him as “a forced return to at least 40 Uyghurs in China, where they lack the right to the process and where the Uyghurs faced the persecution, forced labor and torture.”
“As a longtime Thailand ally, we have been alarmed by this action, risking to deal with its international obligations to the UN -Convention against torture and the international convention on the protection of all persons from imposed disappearance,” Rubio continued. “This act is opposed to the long tradition of the protection of Thai peoples for the most vulnerable and is not in accordance with Thai dedication to protect human rights.”
“We invite all governments in countries where the Uyghurs seek protection not to forcibly do not return ethnic Uyghurs to China,” he added.
“We invite the Chinese authorities to provide complete access to regularly confirm the benefit of the returned Uyghura,” he said, Rubio. “The Thai government must insist and in a completely continuous check that the Chinese authorities protect the human rights of Uyghurs.”

Thai laws, activists and lawyers on Wednesday raised the alarm that men would be deported, and after midnight, trucks with black leaves that covered their windows were abandoned by the immigration custody of Bangkok, where they held themselves, the Associated Press reports.
The news agency reported that the truck seemed to drive them to Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok, where China Southern Airlines was waiting for them, and then flew to the heart of the Chinese population of Uyghur in the northwestern province of Xinjiang.
In a Facebook statement, the Chinese Embassy acknowledged Thursday that 40 Chinese nationals, who he said was illegally deported to Thailand in Xinjiang flight.

It was said that men in Thailand have been detained for over 10 years because of “complicated international factors”.
