Lebanese President Joseph Aoun on Saturday signed a decree for the formation of a new government after more than two years of political downtime and devastating war between Israel and Hezbollah. The newly elected Aoun was appointed Prime Minister Nawaf Salam to run a new government after blaming corruption and poor management for years of economic stagnation.
