Two men were arrested in connection with theft and ransom of two dogs in Switzerland, police said on Saturday.
The owner of dogs, a 59-year-old Swiss man, returned to his apartment in Zurich’s Schlieren neighborhood on February 24 and revealed that his two Bolonk dogs had been stolen, Switzerland police said in a statement.
