The US Judge blocks Trump’s command ban on a law firm related to DEM from Government Business
Federal judge on Wednesday blocked Trump’s administration From the implementation of the executive order that wants to punish the law firm Perkins Coie associated with the Democrats, in accordance with the prosecutors from the company that claimed that the order was unconstitutional and violated the protection of the duty of the duty.

Trump told reporters last week that the “absolute honor” was to sign the command, adding that “weapons” against a political opponent “should never be allowed to be repeated.”
However, lawyers Perkins Coie claim that Trump’s administration did just that aiming for the company.
“Its ordinary purpose is to harass those who advocate the views that the president perceives as harmful attitudes of his administration, whether these views have been presented on behalf of payment or PRO BONO clients,” they noticed in an emergency lawsuit.
The lawyers who represented Perkins Coie said to Howell that about 25% of total revenue from solid revenues came from his contracts with government clients, who they noted to be abolished by Trump’s executive order.
Significant is that this is not the first time Trump’s administration has sought to limit the work of certain law companies that he considers potentially opposed to his interests.
Earlier this year, Trump also issued an executive command that was focused on the Covington & Burling law firm, which represents former special lawyer Jack Smith, touched by Merrick Garland in 2022 to investigate Trump in treating classified documents and actions related to the 2020 election.
The command against Covington and Burling was, however, slightly less restrictive and seized the safety approval of only two attorneys in the company. Like Perkins Coie, he ordered an overview of all government contracts and clients of the company, although it is unclear if the review forced any termination of the contract.
