Residents flee to a house in a flooded Argentine city

At least 13 people were killed in floods in the Argentine port city of Bahía Blanca.

The rain of rain forced more than 1,200 inhabitants to leave their homes and large parts of the city without electricity.

Roads and bridges were destroyed, and the footage shows cars accumulated after the flood water has been beating it.

On Friday, more than 400 mm (15.7 centimeters) of rain fell on Bahía Blanc, which is a third of the average total rain every year.
