Homan explodes the “radical” judgment of the judge against flight deportation of gang members
The border emperor Tom Homan made the decision of the federal judge who temporarily stopped the use of President Donald Trump about the Law on Euts of the 1798 War Time Enemies of the 1798. deport the violent illegal street gangssaying Fox News that the decision “defying logic.”

The Law on Almighty Enemies of 1798, which allows the deportation of natives and citizens of enemy nation without hearing, was called three times during the 1812 war, the First World War and World War II.
Hours after Trump called on the law on Saturday to target members of the de Aragua, Chief American District Judge James Boasberg of DC circle approved a temporary order to limit the prevention of the deportation of five Venezuelans and ordered a plane that is believed to be back in the USA
Homan, who was at the helm of Trump’s showdowns for illegal immigration and mass deportations, questioned why Boasberg would like to see “terrorists” to return to the United States.

He also claimed that Trump had a “right” to call the authorities of the Law on Euts’ enemies to capture members of violent illegal immigrant gangs such as a moment of de Aragua and MS-13.
“President Trump’s actions made this country safer … US voters voted in. It’s our mandate, and the president holds his promise,” he said.
Homan said that the flight, which landed in El Salvador, was already in international waters when the verdict was rendered.
