Richardson Hitchins chooses Ryana Garcia and Devina Haney to win the fight on the card 2. At Times Square, New York. Haney’s return fight against former WBC and WBO champion of £ 140 Jose Ramirez (29-2, 18 ko) is the one who thinks he could lose. Ramirez can hit and has an amateur pedigree to win.
Former world champion with two divisions, Haney rejected Ryan three times, and the judge probably saved him in the seventh round of their fight on April 20. If Haney’s beard is not the same of that loss, Ramirez will use that weakness.
Rolly’s beard
Hitchins believes that former WBA Light Welterweight Rolly champion (16-2, 12 ko) can no longer hit him since Geronta Davis knocked him out in the sixth round three years before 2022. He sees Garcia (24-1, 20 KOS) as too much power for Romero without being thrown out.
Richardson believes that Haney and Ryan are now just fighting for money and are not worried about winning belts or to improve their craft. They are now businessmen and running the fights that “make sense” financially.

Romero has always been a flawed fighter throughout his career. The promotions of Mayweather stored him with weak opposition, and he was lucky with his controversial victory over Jackson Marinez 2020. Rolly was on May 13, 2023, in the ninth round of victory over 40-year-old Ismael Barroso.

Devin and his father, Bill Haney, have to count on Ramirez, 32, after they lost some of their games from their best years from 2018 to 2021. Bill is like Letl, choosing prey for her son Devin. Obviously, he sees the vulnerability in Ramirez for him, given the green light that this struggle happens. Bill was in the entire Program of Regis and George Cambosos Jr., eager for those two to be opponents for Dvin.
Ramirez looks slower, but his strength is still the same. He still packed his blow and struggles with the same high -pressure style that has brought him success earlier in his career.
In some ways, Haney is a fight harder than his last against Ryan Garcia because Ramirez will not take over rounds. He will keep the pressure on Haney, forcing him to move and defend himself.
The business is moving
“I would love to see Ryan Garcia and Devin play in another fight. So, hopefully he will do his job. But I really don’t see too much spoiler. If he existed, maybe that would be Jose Ramirez.
“I think it will be the same. It will be the same Ryan Garcia and the same Devin Haney,” Richardson said when asked if a long release would change Ryan and Haney entering their card on May 2. “I feel like they’re both to a job now. They try to make it meaningful.
“Devin Haney is not worried about too much belt. It’s more like money. I don’t see these guys do things to make their game so different. I’m pretty sure they’ll fix themselves as boxers, but I don’t see it stylish that Devin will turn into a stroke or press Mexican to raise his game. I think we’ll see the same boys.”
