Now that my antibiotics have done my job, I have returned to the full slope. It was a difficult day yesterday. But something I have recently read we realize that I’m doing something wrong. I worked long (2 hours+) ride for my hard, with intervals and sprints at the end after the cruise hours. This meant that my legs were always already tired when I started the hardest part. If I made sprints and intervals on fresh legs instead of short warming, I could harder to push and get more advantages. I did this for my last couple of heavy driving and feels great. Premature to say if it would lead to better results, but I enjoy it more. Long fast cruise is now reserved for other days.
Metcalf natural gas plant, about 10 miles from home, worked hard this morning. When it is cold, the park sometimes hangs out near the ground instead of rising to a showdown.
Nice park in the neighborhood across from my house. Through the Lombardy, the Topola is a view of Villa Miramonte, also corally known as “Morgan Hill House”. This historic former residence of our city’s namesake is now a beautiful museum.
