Former Filipin President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested at Manila Airport at an order ICC, the government confirmed. Duterte, returning from Hong Kong, is facing crimes against charges of humanity associated with alleged mass murder against drugs against the Drug Campaign, according to the Office of President Ferdinand Marcos.
