A football game in Spain that includes popular Team Barcelona FC was postponed after a member of the team medical staff died, the club announced.
Just about 15 minutes before the home game against Osasuna in Lluis Olympic Stadium He was supposed to start, fans were informed that he would be postponed by Dr. Carles Miñarra Garcia’s death.
Barcelona said that “it was deeply sad to publish the passage of the first team of Carles Miñarra Garcia,” in a statement. The club also expressed “sincere condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time”.

Barcelona did not immediately give any details about the cause of death, for which reports of local media say they are for medical reasons.

50-year-old Miñarro Garcia joined the medical staff of the Barcelona first team last season after working with the futsal team.
Osasuna said she had agreed to Barcelona’s request not to play the match. The Spanish Football Federation confirmed that the decision was official.
