“Our priority will be secured by security” – Kolkata Police CP
Police of the CP Manjo Verma spoke about security arrangements during the match. He secured full security and claimed that everything was under the supervision for the host of IPL matches in Eden Gardens.

Asked about the delay of the match, Manjo Verma revealed that he had not yet received anything from BCCI. With two major events on the same day, police expressed concern about the security of security.
