US Secretary of State Marco Rubio began his first tour in the Middle East on Sunday with a meeting in Jerusalem with Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, where he is expected to advocate by US President Donald Trump’s controversial proposal to take control of Gaza and encourage his inhabitants.
