US officials return the elements of Trump’s “download” plan | Israel-Palestine News of Conflict
Top Government officials returned to some proposals by President Donald Trump to take over Gaza and a permanent transfer of Palestinians to neighboring countries, after global condemnation and return from the Middle East countries.
Trump said on Tuesday that the US would “take over” and “their own” gauze after Palestine moved second to Palestine in the framework of the extraordinary remodeling plan, which he claimed could turn the enclave into a “Riviera of the Middle East”.

State Secretary Marco Rubio said on Wednesday that the idea was “not conceived as hostile”, describing it as a “offer to renovate and be in charge of renovation” and “generous move”.
At the same time, Rubio withdrew Trump’s earlier claim that the Palestinians in Gaza should permanently move to neighboring countries, saying that the idea of leaving the territory to the “temporary” period of renovation and cleaning of crops.
The Karolina Leavitt’s White House secretary later welcomed Trump’s proposal to Gaza as a historical and “outside the frame”, but emphasized that Washington would not finance Gaza’s reconstruction after more than 15 months of Israeli war and that his involvement “does not mean boots on the ground.”
“There is currently a place of demolition. It’s not a lively place for any human being,” she said. Leavitt added that Trump was “very clear” that he expected Egypt, Jordan and others “to accept Palestinian refugees, temporarily, so that we could renew their home.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised Trump’s proposal during an interview with Fox News on Wednesday night, describing it as “the first good idea I heard.”
“It’s an extraordinary idea and I think it should really persecute it, inspect, persecute and do it, because I think it will create a different future for everyone,” he said.
But Netanyahu also suggested that this does not mean that the Palestinians leave the territory forever. “They can leave, they can come back, they can move and come back, but you have to rebuild Gaza,” he said.
In the meantime, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz ordered the army on Thursday to prepare a plan to allow the departure of Gaza residents from the comic book, the Israeli media reported.

Crown Prince Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman said the kingdom rejected any attempts to remove Palestinians from his country in “Clear and explicitly”according to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The establishment of the Palestinian state is a firm, unwavering position,” said the X.
Hamas called Trump’s idea a “recipe for generating chaos” and said that people from Gaza would never allow them to dispute.
Mahmoud Abbas, the leader of the Palestinian administration, condemned “any projects” intended to move people from Gaza, who remained “an integral part of the Palestine State”.
Inhabitants in Gaza also refused the idea so that they could be forced from their country. Fathi Abu al-Saeed, a 72-year-old Khan Younis resident, said Al Jazeera that he would be right in his demolished home.
“See that bunch of useless ruins?” He said, lifting the reed to pointing to the demolished house. “It’s more precious than the United States and everything in it.”
More than 15 months of daily bombing turned Gaza into ruins and killed more than 61,000 Palestinians. Trump’s envoy in the Middle East of Steve Witkoff is largely credited with helping to reach an agreement on a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel on January 19. Negotiations are ongoing to extend it.
