New Director of National Intelligence President Donald Trump (DNI), Tulsi GabbardHe swore at the White House on Wednesday, just hours after the Senate confirmed it.

“It is necessary for the rest of the presidential candidates to confirm as quickly as possible,” she added.
The Senate confirmed Gabbard in voting 52-48. The division was on party lines, with the exception of the former Senate of GOP Senate Mitch McConnellR-ky., Who opposed her.
“In my estimation, Tulsi Gabbard failed to show that she was ready to assume this huge national trust,” McConnell said in a long statement about his vote.

“The nation should not worry that intelligence estimates received by the President is extinguished by the director of the National Intelligence Service with the history of alarming omissions in judgments.”
Gabbard especially faced the supervision of his last meeting with former Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, her previous attitude of FISA section 702 and her last support from NSA Whistleblower Edward Snowden.

But these concerns were mostly suffocated by Gabbard herself, in coordination with significant efforts Chairman Tom Cotton, R-ARK., and Vice President JD Vance, who worked behind the scenes to find the party members.

Trump’s similar controversial choice of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will follow -a, who is nominated to be the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). He will vote early Thursday morning after cleaning his last procedural obstacle on Wednesday afternoon.
