The Israeli Military Prosecutor accuses five soldiers in the abuse of Palestinian detainees

The Israeli Military Prosecutor accused five reserves on Wednesday of the abuse of Palestinian detainees, saying that this happened last year at a military base, which held thousands of Gazans.

In a statement, Mr. Amiram and Mr. Porat said they were sure that the charges against the soldiers would be rejected “when the facts were clarified in the proceedings.”
