Eric Mabius has been arrested Early on Thursday morning at Yulee, Florida, for a simple battery, according to the arrest record received by Fox News Digital.
Hallmark actor, who seemed to have a black eye in his cup, allegedly “knocked” two women on the ground inside a District Nassau at least during the quarrels around 2am.
It faces two misdemeanor charge for the battery and resist the arrest without violence.

Mabius allegedly “knocked” a drunken woman, who was bothering the people at the Florida bar, and the woman she allegedly harassed, to the ground, according to a statement of an arrest in Sheriff’s Sheriff’s Department Nassau.
“The victim said this only took a few seconds, but when she was on the ground, Eric arrived at her and pulled her hair out of her hair from her scalp,” the arrest official continued. “The victim then stated that it was when more people in the bar managed to withdraw both arrests.”

The intoxicated woman was also arrested, according to an arrest record.
Mabius has become “belligerent” after the officers brought him outside the bar “, not following the simple commands to just sit on the bench,” continued his arrest official, adding: “At one point Eric tried to get up and walk behind me while trying to finish Incident survey.

A witness claimed that he was spit by a drunkard, he told the servants that “Eric, both girls demolished it to the ground, so he grabbed Eric from the girls” while police arrived at the scene.
The witness said he did not want to file allegations of spit, but the woman who was allegedly thrown to the ground wanted to file allegations at both Mabius and the drunken woman, and everyone was arrested for a simple battery.

The actor has starred in Hallmark’s “signed, sealed, delivered” The series, and played by Daniela Meadea on “Ugly Betty” from 2006 to 2010.
Fox News Digital addressed Hallmark and representatives for Mabius for comment.
