Salford Red Devils: The Super League took over RFL after the controversy of St. Helens | Rugby league news

Rugbi Football League (RFL) approved the download of Salford Red Devils, clearing the way that Super League on Saturday ran to the side of full strength against Leeds Rhinos.
Downloading a consortium led by businessman Dario Berta ended earlier this month on the eve of the Super League season, but the fact that it was not approved left a team that operated under the limitations of a salary restriction in their introductory fixture against St Helens on February 15th.
In a move that resulted in a subsequent investigation, Salford’s head coach Paul Rowley appointed an extremely weakened side that was at the end of the 82-0 entrance record.
While the salary restrictions were rejected by the Red Devils, the use of numerous older players for the match, Rowley was a 46-10 over Midlands on the week before the hurricane Midland Hurricane Hurricane.
RFL’s statement on Thursday states: “RFL today approved a change in control and all the owners and director tests, at the same time raising the restriction of sustainability that signed up for Salford Red Devils because they received progress at their central distribution in December.
“The new club owner’s group has fulfilled the conditions needed.
“Sav Salford’s first team team is available, therefore, for the choice for Saturday Betfred Super League Two fasteners against Leeds Rhinos – with their initial team of 21 years that should be filed by noon today.”
Salford’s statement says: “Salford Red Devils is pleased to announce that the RFL commercial has officially approved the Commercial after the end of the final requests.
“As such, the club will be in a position on Saturday to set a full strength unit on Saturday because of the Salford Red Devil House House against Leeds Rhinos.”
Shortly after the statements were published, Salford appointed full power on Saturday to take over Leeds, live Sky Sports at 15:00.
The Saints 15-TRY ROMP was the biggest victory in the history of the Super League and pulled off the criticism of the rival, including the lead coach Warrington Sam Burgesa, that he threatened the integrity of the competition.
Salford Boss Rowley said after the defeat of Saints that they had told him he could not use any players who played against the hurricane Midlands at Challenge Cup and that he decided not to appoint a mix of youth and experience.
The RFL chiefs met on Monday morning and found that the club could have a case to respond to potential breach of competition rules, which require that each club “has a team enough for players at all times to fulfill their obligations in all competitions.”
The investigation could result in Salford accused of violating operational rules, which, if proven, would expose the club a series of potential sanctions.
‘As if she had Ferrari without insurance’
Sky Sports’ Jon Wilkin:
“It’s just interesting to me that coach Paul Rowley said,” It was like Ferrari couldn’t drive in your garage. “
“My answer to that would be, ‘Paul that is not.’ It’s like you have Ferrari in your garage you can’t get to be secured, you can’t afford to put a gasoline, and you just got a nice Ferrari to say you have a nice car and not the ability to use.
“Each Super League club has a request from a rich ownership to save them from a financial stream position. Twelve months ago, I said they were an alarm bells in Salford because they didn’t have it.
“They took him by the eve of the season and what they tried to do was embarrass the game by going so weak team. It was irresponsible to do it.
“I thought it was a bad look for sports, a bad look for Paula Rowley and a bad view of play.
“In the game it is accepted to rest players. The teams before the big games rest the players. I never knew it was acceptable to happen in the first round, not when the week before Paul threw out a team worth £ 1.2 million on the field. “
