Marco Rubio meets with President Panama in the middle of the request of President Trump over the Panaman Channel

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Panama President Sunday and warned that the presence of Chinese companies was increased, and the interests along the Panaman channel “threat”, and now could take “measures necessary to protect his rights” unless they are committed changes. This is coming because President Trump has asked for more control over the Panaman channel. CBS News’ Ed O’Keefe has more.
