Katy Perry will go into space on a flight of blue origin all women
Pop star Katy Perry will explode into space as part of the upcoming flight for all women on a new Blue Origin missile.
Fireworks singers will be joined by Blue Origin Jeff Bezosa Lauren Sanchez’s fiancé, presenter CBS Gayle King, former scientist Nasa Rocket Aisha Bowe, AMANDA NGUYEN Civil Rights Activist and filmmaker Kerianne Flynn.
Blue Origin said this was the first space flight to be held from the Soviet Union’s Solt Mission Valentine Tereshkova in 1963.
There is no certain date for starting, but Blue Origin said it would be held this spring.
Katy Perry should be on her tour for life from April 2nd to November 11, so this trip is expected to take place before that.
“If you told me I would be part of the first female crew in space, I would trust you. Nothing was out of my imagination as a child,” Perry said in a statement cited by Newsweek.
The NS-31 mission will be the 11th human space flight for a new shepherd’s missile and 31 in its history. So far, the program has launched 52 people to space.
The trip to the new Shepard usually takes about 11 minutes, Blue Origin states. It is completely autonomous – which means that there is no pilot – and takes the passengers next to the Karman line, internationally recognized as the edge of the space.
Blue Origin attributed Lauren Sanchez to gather the mission, saying in a statement that “she was honored to run a researchers on a mission that would challenge their country’s perspective, strengthen them to share their own stories and create a permanent influence that will encourage generations to come.”
Sanchez first announced her plan to fly with the crew of all women on a blue -born rocket in 2023 in an interview with Vogue, saying that they “insert the way for women”.
This is the latest group of celebrities moving to space flight.
Semos himself flew in the first mission of the company 2021. The co-organizer of the good morning Michael Strahan and actor Star Trek William Shatner have also been broken into space on one of the county rockets.
Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Galactic, traveled to the spacecraft of his VSS Unity spacecraft in July 2021. The founder of Spacex, Elon Musk, however, has yet to travel.
