Jos Buttler hits Ravi Shastra after the latter level of serious charges against the English team
English captain Jos Buttler rejected the claims of famous commentator Ravia Shastra that the team skipped the exercise during his loss of the 0-3 series against India. Jos Buttler stated that the English team had been involved in a plenty of practice during a long tour despite some of the trips that were distracted by training.
The visiting team concluded their catastrophic tour of India with a 142-voltage defeat in the last ODO at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Wednesday, February 12th. English fought throughout the series, despite the openers who showed the promise. Earlier they lost the T20I series 4-1.
I’m not sure that is quite true, to be honest – still buttler
After England’s slight performance while in the third ODO she persecuted a target of 357, Ravi Shastra criticized her preparations. In the discussion after the match, Shastra said that England did not exercise enough for the challenges they had set up on the subcontinent.
Jos Buttler replied to the accusations that the team had minimal practice during the Odi series. He said the team had missed training for a few days due to long trips. Buttler emphasized that their positive environment should not be mistaken for lack of effort.
“I’m not sure it is quite true to be honest. It was a reasonable long tour with a few long days of trip. There were several times where we did not train, but we must have spent a lot of training through the tour, “Buttler said after a series of series against India.
“We are obviously trying to create a really good environment, but don’t make a mistake for a lazy environment or lack of effort. The guys desperately want to work and work well and improve themselves,” he added.
We want the results to build confidence and win games – Jos Buttler
It was a fourth consecutive loss in England since the 2023 World Cup. Jos Buttler said the team confidence would not be shaken on the eve of their next challenge in Pakistan. He added that the team faces a strong opposition and that there is room for the performance at its best.
“We want the results to build confidence and win games – it feels much better when they won the matches, unlike loss. We are against the good side in their own conditions, they are probably a reference value in the Crite at this point,” he said, “he said Buttler.
We didn’t play near our potential – Jos Buttler
Buttler admitted that England did not play its full potential in recent matches. Buttler believes that once the team reaches his potential, he will be a strong candidate at the upcoming ICC tournament.
“We didn’t play near our potential, we had a few moments in the games, never enough to force the results or look like a win in the scorching games in the last three matches. But I think we are not a fact anywhere near our potential, though or play individually or collectively where we know where we know That we can give us something we can look forward to, believe that we can get there and be a dangerous team in the champion trophy, “Buttler said.
England will start his campaign of champion Trophy 2025 against Australia on February 22 in Lahore. With the English grouped along with Australia, South Africa and Afghanistan, their current form causes concern for their prospects in the tournament.
