Greedy charging author for Valentine’s Day, a poisonous plot that left her husband dead: documents

The authorities had filed an additional accusation of attempted murder last March, accusing her of accusing Fentanil on Valentine’s Day into her husband’s favorite sandwich, causing a heavy but non -fratal reaction.

“Three days later, on February 14, 2022, the defender prepared a sandwich for Eric and put him in the seat of his truck with a love note,” the documents said.
Shortly after Eric eaten a sandwich, he broke out in the hives and began to have difficulty breathing. He took his son Epipen and swallowed Benadryl before falling asleep for hours, according to court documents.

Eric’s family told the authorities after his murder that he was in awe for his life when Kouri allegedly tried to poison him on Valentine’s Day, as well as a separate opportunity while traveling to Greece.

Kouri obviously told other witnesses that she had bought a sandwich from the table and claims that she did not poison him, the documents said.

Kouri’s lawyers, Kathy Nester and Wendy Lewis of Nester Lewis and Alexander Ramos of Langford Ramos did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital investigation into the alleged poisoning of Valentin’s.
Two lawyers previously said in a statement in March 2024: “We are aware that the preliminary phase of hearing favors the prosecution to the outstanding extent and respect the court’s decision. We firmly believe that the charges against Couri do not endure thoroughly control and are convinced that A jury will find the same.”

“Our focus is now on ensuring that justice is served through a fair trial,” they continued. “We are advocating for the defense of Kouri of these accusations, firmly believing that the truth will prevail. Kouri declared to be guilty of all charges filed against her and claimed that She didn’t kill Eric. Would plan a trial in April.
