Darius Rucker excludes reports that he has dropped Caroline to London


Darius Rucker explains his recent move to London after his fans were confused by the rural star leaving Caroline.

Over the weekend, singer Hootie & the Blowfish took her on Instagram to confirm that he moved to the UK, but that is not permanent.

“I’ve been a passenger musician all my life. I live in London as I work on some new music and play some shows,” he wrote. “I’ve always been on the list of buckets – but don’t twist it … Nothing will replace Carolinas and it’s still at home. Thank you for believed in me and supporting my music wherever we do!

Rucker last week shared a picture of himself On stage with the inscription, “I can’t move to London and not play in the UK! Do you have more tickets? Limited VIP packages are still available. See you soon!”

His comments section was filled with worried fans.

“You leave the beautiful amazing Charleston?” One user asked.

“Why? Why? Why ?yyyyyyyyy ??????” The other wrote.

The third user commented, “I absolutely do not believe Darius will ever leave his home roots in South Carolina, there is his heart …”

Several locals were excited about Rucker’s move.

After Rucker’s Hollywood ceremony of Walk of Fame 2023, a recognized musician exclusively told Fox News Digital that he had not yet felt like he had just reached the height of his career.
