Anthony Davis leaves Mavericks debut with injury after trading for Luka Donšić

Davis did not try to return the other way after the rockets had acquired possession. Mavericks committed an offense to stop the clock and pull Davis out of the game. He stayed briefly on the bench before leaving the court and was not observed on the bench in the fourth quarter.
The 31-year-old big man had problems with injuries in the past, but played in a 76-year-old career last year.
