Andrew Tate, Brother Tristan to the United States after the departure of Romania in the middle of rape, charges for trafficking people

Internet figures Andrew and Tristan Dad, charged with trading in Romania in one of two investigations, are allowed to leave the country on Thursday, landing in Florida hours later.
The Tate brothers must have landed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, their media representative said shortly before noon.
The Romanian anti -organized crime agency, Diicot, said on Thursday that the prosecutors approved “a request for amendment to the obligation, preventing the accused of leaving Romania”, but that the laws of court control remained in force. The agency did not say who applied for.
Romanian prosecutors have accused the influencer and former kickboxer on charges that include trade in people, rape and forming a criminal gang of sexual exploitation of women. Andrew Chang explores Tate’s ascent to glory and a case against him.
“We live in a democratic society where it is innocent until it is proven guilty, and I think my brother and I are mostly misunderstood,” Andrew Tate said shortly after arriving in Florida.
The Financial Times reported last week, stating sources that members of US President Donald Trump were pressured on Romanian authorities to raise trips to Tates, former Kickboxers with double US and British citizenship.
The Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Hurezean denied that he had suffered pressure, but said that Tates were mentioned during his short meeting of the corridor with Trump’s special envoy Richard Grenell at a safety conference in Munich earlier this month.
A criminal investigation is underway, Tates are under court control, a preventive measure of light under which they must apply regularly with the police. They were first detained in 2022.
It is not clear whether Prime Minister Keira Starmer’s government, who visited Trump on Thursday at the White House, had any prior knowledge of changing in her status. Britain has previously appointed an extradition to Andrew Tate, after his Romanian legal issues were judged, for charges of sexual aggression between 2012 and 2015.
Alleged victims ‘in disbelief’
Four British women who accused Andrew Tate of sexual violence and physical abuse and sued him in the UK, in a joint statement on Thursday stated that they were “in disbelief and felt again traumatized” news that travel limitations had been abolished.
Matthew jury, a lawyer with a McCue jury and partners, who represents women, called the decision to raise the ban on travel “disgusting and scary”.
“For the US Government to decide to lobby for its release it is absurd, but unfortunately, given its actions in the last month, maybe not surprising,” Said the jury in the post on xAdding that the opportunity to ever respond to Romanian accusations is now “imaginative”.
At an event related to a separate thing, Government Florida Ron Desantis said his state was not involved or informed their arrival by federal officials, saying that he had discovered that they were on his way through the media coverage.
“The reality is, no, Florida is not a place where you are welcome with this type of behavior,” said Essantis.
First arrested 2022
The self-written misrogynist, the impact on social media Andrew Tate gained millions of fans by promoting the ultra-Muskovo lifestyle that critics say to belittle women.
Tate, 38, and his brother Tristan, 36, were arrested near the capital of Romania in late 2022. Together with two Romanian women, accused of forming a criminal gang to sexually use women. Several women stated that they were detained under false excuses, put under control and forced to appear in pornographic videos.
Romanian prosecutors formally accused all four last year, and Andrew Tate was also charged with rape. In April 2024, the Bucharest Court ruled that the trial could begin, but did not determine the date.
All four accused denied the allegations, and after landing in Florida, Andrew Tate confirmed that he and his brother had not committed any crimes.
While other questions about the participation of Trump’s administration in the case, Dad pointed out that Joe Biden’s administration was still in power when the Bucharest Court ruled in December that the case against Tates and women could not go to trial because of multiple legal and procedural irregularities.
That decision of the appellant’s court in Bucharest was a huge failure for Diicot, but that did not mean that the defendants could walk freely. The case is not closed, and there is a separate legal case against a brothers in Romania, which has been launched, which includes money laundering charges.
At the end of last year, the British court ruled that in a separate case against the Tate brothers, police could take over £ 2.6 million (4.7 million CDN) to cover years of unpaid taxes from Para and froze some of its accounts. Andrew Tate called him a “direct theft” and called him “a coordinated attack on anyone who dare to cause a system.”
Andrew Tate said he moved to Romania after being explored in the United Kingdom on a charges of sexual abuse, which they eventually fell.
The Romanian court raised the deprivation of the precaution on several Tate assets, his representative said on Thursday.
“This decision returns ownership of real estate, vehicles, bank accounts and shares of the company by lawful owners, Andrew and Tristan Tate and their companies,” said the representative, adding that some assets would continue to be a caution control.
The Romanian network to prevent violence against women, which groups of 24 non -governmental organizations, on Thursday sent an open letter to prosecutors, asking them to publicly convey why the travel prohibition was abolished, “so that there is any doubt about the independence and impartiality of the Romanian judicial system.”
