Allegedly cult leader and a member of the agent’s murder in Vermont CBP arrested

Maland, a native of Minnesota and Air Force veteran, worked as a border patrol agent at the US customs and the Newport Border Protection. He spent nine years in the army and 15 working for a federal government.
