Seattle Pastor reacts after the City of Cita’s Coffee Event Coffee after a return shot

The owner of a cafe in Seattlu and Pastor Keith Carpenter wants his critics to know that he does not hate them; In fact, I would love to meet and talk Joe’s cup.
“I wish they just met us, instead of trying to close their jobs without trying to meet us at all,” Carpenter for Fox News Digital told us.
Carpenter is the pastor of Epic Life Church and owns three locations for a pilgrim coffee in Seattle, Washington. His latest cafe, in the suburbs of the coast, barely opened before faced internet attacks for the support of his church with traditional Christian beliefs about marriage.
After the community learned that the “Coffee Policeman” event would be held at Pilgrim’s latest location, angry progressors were overwhelmed by the Facebook announcement of the Shoreline City Hall with negative comments. The “Coffee with a Policeman” events are held in communities across the country to strengthen relations between local laws and residents.
“If we sat down without a mafia, we would probably be friends,” said the owner of the Pilgrim Carpenterm Café, who attacked him on the net and pressed the city of Shoreline, Washington, to get out of the “coffee with a police officer”. (Keith Carpenter)
The comments asked for the city to choose another place that was not “bigotted” or “homophobic” and vowed to hold a protest outside the store. One comment even invited Pilgrim to leave the shore, saying that Carpenter’s marriage views were not aligned with the ideals of the progressive city.
In response to a return reaction, the coast suddenly Canceled the eventsaying that it is not their intention to “make any member of the community feel undesirable on the basis of choosing the place of events and values that the place may or may not hold.” Shoreline added that they were dedicated to make their city a “welcome to everyone”.
Carpenter was stunned by the city’s response.
“They could make it easier and they just said something like, ‘Hey, we decided to move the location,” and then it was just that, “he said Fox News Digital.

Carpenter also found a response to the city ironic, because he seemingly excluded his job because of his religious and political beliefs in the name of “inclusivity”.
“If we really want to believe in the inclusive city, it would include all of us – not excluding 40% of the population who could vote differently or attend the Church or have different opinions about things,” he continued.
“That’s not inclusive. What we found out was that we were excluded without anyone talking to us,” he added.
Carpenter said that the foreigners on the net attacked his character and spread “lies” about his church and the business he said he could not be beyond the truth.
“They call me Pastor Megachurch, pocket money herself and forcing my parishioners to work for free … I run a church of 80 people,” said the pastor.

“It’s just a whole crowd of assassination on the characters online from people who never met me, who never asked me anything, and I never sat down. They just assume I hate myself,” he added.
Pastor said he faced a similar incident last year when his job was suddenly excluded from a long -standing partnership with a local elementary school, where he invested “thousands of dollars and a man of hours”, because the teacher appealed his church “inclusive”.
Despite these experiences, Carpenter emphasized that he holds “zero animation or hatred” according to those who judged him or had different beliefs than he does and just wants the opportunity for the community to meet who is actually.
Carpenter told his church, Epic lifeHe welcomes people from all layers of life, including those who do not believe in God or who struggle with their gender identity or drug addiction.

Carpenter said that when he and his wife moved to Seattle about 16 years ago, they followed a spiritual call to bring “change and light” to this dark part of the city.
“We often bring women from the streets who have nothing after they have been raped and abused all night in our office and holding them. We see people in carroser bags, our friends who have overdosed in hotels,” Carpenter said. “We take care of the place where the city of Seattle has no idea how to really meet.”
The mission of his church is focused on the life of John 10:10, which says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came to have life and have it abundant.”
“If we sat down without a mob, we would probably be friends,” he said. “Indeed, we truly believe that no matter where we were or where we are going, we are all pilgrims on the path that is best shared with friends, and maybe enemies over a cup of coffee.”

The spokesman for the City of Shoreline told Fox News Digital, “the city is dedicated to be a welcome place for all people, no matter who they are or what they believe in.”
“Local administration’s work is mostly focused on the basics – these are holes, slogans and public security. Coffee with a police officer should be a place where the law enforcement can talk to residents of law enforcement on the coast. When the event caught up on March 26 in questions except public security, he would no longer serve that he will be publicly found.
