“While the administration tried to clarify the scope and meaning of the OMB policy, the states have already reported that the funds have been frozen, threatening services like Medicaid to the entire country,” the statement said.
At least 20 countries were allegedly closed on Tuesday from its System System Medicaid after the federal freezing of funding was announced.
