Former Premier League judge Dermot Gallagher evaluates controversial moments from the weekend of Scotland’s Prime Minister’s Action, including red for Rangers’ Mohamed Diomanda and incident, which was Kilmarnock, Hearts, Hibs, Ross County, ST Johnstone and Motherwell.
Dundee United 1-3 Rangers
INCIDENT: Rangers fell on 10 players in Dunde United. Mohamed Diamonda showed straight red after an incident with Kevin Holt.
The judge was asked to look at another look with the original decision, but was it enough for a straight red card? Rangers chief Philippe Clement has already said he would complain.
Dermot says: “I was surprised that the red card came out and was even more surprised when the judge was sent to the screen he had rammed into his original decision.
“It proves that if you go to the screen, all options are available.
“He pushes him twice and then raises his hands? Does he connect with his face? Do he thinks of connecting to the face?
“The other thing to remember, is it brutal or malicious? It doesn’t come to any one.”
Sue Smith says: “It’s never a red card.
“I watched it from all different corners and I just don’t see how a red map was.
“Daomanda is pushing and moving away from Kevin Holt. He does not associate with him at all.
“It was a real shock decision, especially after the judge went to the screen.”
Stephen Warnock says: “I’m still trying to determine what he saw!
“It’s a really bad decision and it will be interesting to see what the relegation is and what is his explanation.”
INCIDENT: He looked at the Rangers penalty at Dundee United for Declan Gallagher’s handball.
Dermot says: “I’m glad that wasn’t, because I don’t think it was a punishment.
“The player raised his hand, he collapsed, the ball bounces as he lowers his hand and hits his hand.
“I think you have to be very careful to give penalties for something like that.”
St Johnstone 2-1 Motherwell
INCIDENT: Matherwell has been punished against St. Johnstone after VAR review for Svengler handball.
Dermot says: “There is no comparison with the Rangers penalty. He hit the ball here. “
Ross 1-1 Hibs
INCIDENT: County Ross against Hibernian and penalty for Ross Ross for Handball Nicky Cadden. Is this a little sharp?
Dermot says: “The hand is outstretched here.
“With X -ray attraction, the hand goes back down, but with Cadden it is out.”
Hearts 3-2 Kilmarnock
INCIDENT: Chief Kilmarnocka Derek Mcinnes was very unhappy with her bare heart.
He believed that Elton Kabanga was in the offside.

Dermot says: “He was in an offside position, but the ball goes to the attacker.
“He may have felt he was disturbing the defender, but I think it is the other way around. Defender interferes with forward.
“He starts in an offside position, but he doesn’t go after the ball. He’s not active and didn’t move toward his opponent. His opponent headed for him.”
